Returns & Replacement Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send the correct product at no additional cost.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will resend your order.
Floating Rose products may contain coconut-derived ingredients and other nut-based oils.
Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review ingredients before use.
Floating Rose reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
